Engineering

Process Engineering

In the procedure of process engineering, we design the required components and determine the necessary operational conditions at all stages of their life cycle.

At the customer’s request, we will also participate in the validation procedure of the installed equipment.

We Design and manage all the necessary documentation for the installed equipment.

Conceptual Design

With the management of modern technology and production processes and the high qualifications of our expert team, we can always offer the necessary innovation in designing process solutions for entire process systems or individual production units and components.

In the procedure of process engineering, through all stages of conceptual design, basic and implemental engineering, we design the required components and determine the necessary operational conditions of turnkey process solutions at all stages of their life cycle. At the customer’s request, we will also participate in the validation procedure of the installed equipment. We supply and manage all the necessary documentation for the installed equipment.

Basic Engineering

The main tool of basic engineering is the precise definition of the functionality of process systems and the links between them. The process flow chart (P & ID diagram) is our foundation for developing system control schemes, the physical sequence of equipment and individual systems as a platform for further safety and operational research.

Implementation Engineering

Implementation engineering is a special type of privilege. An expert team dedicates itself with millimeter precision to the turnkey process solution even before it is implemented. In this way, with great devotion, we significantly reduce potential process risks, and find a way for our solution to complex production problems to fulfill all specified user requirements, and be in accordance with applicable guidelines on good manufacturing practices.

Production and assembly

In addition to implementation engineering, our own production and assembly of key process components for entire process systems or individual units at the client's location is another specialty of Brinox process systems. In this way, we can challenge production limitations and can therefore, with our own production and assembly of process components, allow for compatibility of one-stop turnkey process solution anywhere and at anytime.

Automation

In accordance with the requirements for your process system, we can provide a comprehensive automation solution that:

  • Is based on the ISA S88.01 standard for batch processes and the 21CFR part 11 guidelines on electronic records and signatures
  • Is based on PLC-SCADA open solutions
  • Takes into account GAMP 5 guidelines on project life cycle
  • Uses established technologies for process management (Siemens, GE- Fanuc, and Microsoft)
  • Provides reporting, recipe management, and connection with superior MES systems based on an integrated SQL database

Test runs and measurements

Quality is our self-prescribed obligation, which subjects Brinox process solutions to additional, stricter quality standards.

Our department for quality assurance continuously monitors the quality within our manufacturing system, so that potential errors and disruptions during the operation of our own products can be discovered and remedied in advance with the help of mid phase and end system checks.

Validation

Brinox through its qualification procedures makes sure the process systems and units meet all relevant standards and regulations and fulfil the URS. Brinox’s own testing facility and strict test plans allow extensive FAT prior to delivery, while Brinox’ engineers are a guarantee for successful SAT.

Brinox’s offers the clients close assistance throughout the validation procedures, offering complete documentation support, starting with DQ and till IQ/OQ.
